General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by Zestios Catering & Services (hereinafter referred to as "Zestios") to its clients. By placing an order, the client agrees to these terms.

2. Services

Zestios provides catering services, hostess services, event styling, and beverage & bar solutions for corporate events, trade fairs, private events, and office catering across Germany. The specific scope of services will be agreed upon individually for each event.

3. Orders and Confirmation

Orders can be placed via the website contact form, email (general@zestios.com), or telephone. An order is binding upon written confirmation by Zestios. Verbal agreements require written confirmation to be valid.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros and are subject to the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT). A deposit of 30% of the total order value is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Payment can be made by bank transfer.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 14 days before the event: No charge
• 7–14 days before the event: 50% of the order value
• Less than 7 days before the event: 100% of the order value

6. Guest Count Changes

Changes to the guest count are accepted up to 5 working days before the event. Increases may be subject to availability. The final guest count communicated will be the basis for invoicing, with a minimum of 90% of the originally agreed number.

7. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Clients are responsible for informing Zestios of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 7 days before the event. Zestios will make every effort to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

8. Liability

Zestios is liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages. Zestios is not liable for damages caused by third parties or circumstances beyond its control.

9. Equipment and Venue

Any equipment provided by Zestios remains the property of Zestios. The client is responsible for ensuring adequate access, electricity, water supply, and appropriate space at the venue. Any damage to Zestios equipment caused by the client or their guests will be charged to the client.

10. Force Majeure

Zestios is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Zestios.
